• Notable Feature: Rarely smiles, and when she does, it's generally unsettling.
  

Personality: Hydra isn't a very happy or even very stable; she's a bit lost and certainty not completely sane, but don't think that makes her stupid. She can tell when people are blowing smoke and would rather fight than employ diplomacy. She's spent a childhood rising through adversity as her sister's sidekick, and after being protected from the worst of it by her, she now follows her like a lost kitten. A mad lost kitten with poison fangs. She has become strong and resilient in order to always be there for her and for the planet of outcasts she guards. Like her sister, she's not impressed wit the Moon Kingdom and it's distant hand on their chains.

Planet:  The world of Hydra is dark and lonely, with a small population of hardened and resourceful people. A former prison planet, the denizens are tough as nails but take care of their own. It does have a healthy black market which Hydra turns a blind eye to. Like Kerberos, it is defensive position from which Hydra helps (not with good grace) keep the riffraff villains from getting closer to the planets.

Motivation: Hydra doesn't have many ambitions in life other than to be of use to her sister and keep enemies from picking on her small spot in the universe. She's a bit lost and quite a bit off her rocker, but she bows to no one, and has the strength to back off anyone who might try to exert their themselves over her people or those of her sister.
