Angler Sea Horse Unicorn OTA Adopt CLOSED

Hello Everyone! Introducing a new type of my unicorns; Sea Horse Unicorns. (Blame my husband for calling them that). I decided to make the first one an Offer to Adopt; this is a chance to pick one up without spending money (though I am accepting cash offers too!)

A quick note/disclaimer: Do not make an offer if you will feel bad about me not choosing you. Please don't guilt me in your offer or after the adopt has its new owner if I don't choose you. I care very much about many people who watch me and enjoy my adopts and it hurts and makes me not want to do OTAs, DTAs, raffles, ect when people are poor sports. I will not be choosing an offer based on friendship/how much I like someone/prior commission frequency/ect. I still appreciate you as a person, artist, friend, and client even if I went with another offer. I will be selecting the offer that appeals to me at this point in time. Also, I'm likely to respond to most offers with a generic message unless I have questions, which I MAY ask in notes to keep things clean. Offer to Adopt Close Date: May 2nd 2017 (Nicky reserves the right to close sooner if she wishes, such as perfect offer she must accept)

RULES, PLEASE READ THEM!:

Serious bids only. NOTE ME if you must retract the bid if there is an emergency, no hiding or editing bids, please! Retraction without first doing this will result in ban from my adopts.
If a CASH offer is accepted, payment must be received within 48 hours of end of auction via paypal. Please Do Not Bid if you do not have the money!
If an ART offer is accepted, payment must be received within 30 DAYS. Please Do Not Bid if you can not complete by that time! Quality over quantity <3 The character cannot be used, drawn, commissioned art of, ect until payment is made in full. If not completed in full within 30 days, adopt will go back up for sale and art completed thus far is mine to keep. NOTE ME if there is an emergency and we can talk about it, I understand sometimes it can happen. But don't bid more than you are confident you can complete in this time frame. Thank you!
If an ADOPT/CHARACTER offer is accepted, ownership must be transferred to me in the group masterlist/equivalent before I award the adopt. Please be able to provide proof of ownership transfer if I cannot determine your ownership before accepting your offer (ie your character is listed under someone else in the masterlist. Masterlist must still be updated).
These characters belong to me until they are sold. After they are sold (And payment made in full), they belong to the buyer. Do not copy them or use them in any way unless you are the winner. Winner may use them for non-commercial personal use.
If you are making an offer on behalf of another person/as a gift, please advise me in the offer or in a private note of who would be the actual owner of the adopt.
You may not resell the character, but if you gift her, please let me know who the new owner is, thank you! You may also trade her for other characters, and notify me.
You may not remove my signature!
Buyer can make changes to the design if they want, and will be the one to give them names, powers, bios, ect
Owner, do not post the original art (the above art) to any groups. If you post in your own gallery or off DA (such as toyhouse), you must link my DA profile in the description.  Please remember to credit me as the original designer, thank you!
Please do not reinterpret into a closed species, as I Work hard on my adopts and do not wish to see other adopts based one them. Thank you!

OKAY, now that that's over, if you agreed to my terms, here's what I'm looking for (and not looking for).

WHAT I'M INTERESTED IN (in no particular order):

 Closed Species adopts/MYO slots in groups I'm active in (Bamharr, Dextroluma, Kamitsune, ect)
 Will look at/consider other humanoid species BUT I'm less likely to accept those which I'm not a member of yet. Unless you have something pretty interesting I don't know about *^*
 I love white, pink, pale/bright green, blues, purples, pale designs. Gold accents on white are special love. Rainbow XD Feel free to offer others though! Super long hair is fun for me to draw so extra points for that (including on males).
 EXTRA INTERESTED IN MALE ADOPTS! Also love girls/am interested in them, just need more boys.
 Artwork, especially of couples. I'm also interested in cute icons for my characters. I may consider crafts but make sure you have examples. Please only offer what can be completed within 30 days!

WHAT I'M NOT INTERESTED IN:
 Ferals and adopts that are on the more animal side of anthro. There are exceptions to the animal inspired but I'm picky. (Please, nothing that is anthro to the degree it has a muzzle on its face, and I'm not interested in species with one big eye or tailmouths). Please no adopts without legs. (I love mermaids and nagas, but am not looking for any right now). Animal ears, tails, ect are fine.
 Darker/very saturated skin tones (dark gray, very dark blue/green/red ect) and extremely complicated patterns. I'm a marker artist and these just don't play well. Any human colored skins and medium ranges are fine.
 Most non closed species adopts or species without a group. I'd like to promote the species and join the community as an active member. Stand-alone human adopts I will look at but they kind of have to be fabulous and my aesthetic to be interesting to me.
 No gore, even cute gore; it's not really my thing. Also, I have some medical trauma so medical themed adopts I'm unlikely to feel attached to.
 I don't really care for crosses, pentagrams, or spikes on designs. I find them rather cliche (says the girl with an addiction to rainbows and glitter XD ).
Writing. I have great respect for a talented storyteller BUT I prefer to tell my characters' stories myself. I just don't feel comfortable with others writing them (outside group collabs, ect).
 Lowball cash offers... keep in mind I usually start these at $75 SB, so $5 is just not going to beat out other offers. An art offer would be more effective there <3. Thank you!
