The Tale of the Constellation Senshi

    Many years ago, before the rise of the first Silver Millennium, the solar system was a dangerous place. A federation of planets was in its early formation, in order to protect their peoples from the enemies that plagued them in that era. Waves after waves of opportunistic alien forces attempted to take over the worlds within the solar system. In desperation, each planetary government turned to guardians who tried to fight together. The planet Earth was hardest hit, with its vast oceans and fertile soil causing it to be an irresistible target, and the Moon had become a last hold out point for the people of Earth. Humanity was on the brink of destruction, and the other planets and moons were sure to follow.

    The young Queens of the Earth and the Moon tirelessly researched the depths of the Lunar Library, looking for anything that might hold the answer to protecting their worlds. The Lunar people had for generations gathered the knowledge of the more friendly visitors from outside the Solar System as well as information extracted from the aggressors. There, in a tiny chamber, they found a set of star charts. They were made of alabaster, inlaid with gold, silver, and precious stones. Constellations glittered up at them, with each name glowing ever so gently, though neither Queen knew the original languages, they understood the words... “the Archer, the Ram, the Dragon”... and so on. There was no label to give away the origins of the plates, and the style didn't match any known The Queens. They did, however, understand they help great power in their hands. They also heard a massive explosion above them.

    The Queen of the Moon and the Queen of the Earth rapidly climbed the steps back up to the surface of the Moon and saw that the alien presence had landed, and was destroying everything around them. Tears streaming down her face, the Queen of the Moon looked at her companion, who was glaring at the alien general, her knuckles standing out against the alabaster tablets she held. The Queen of Earth's gripped tightened as her vision clouded, and the edges of the star chart tablets cracked a little in her grip, slicing into the flesh of her palms. Her blood flowed on the charts, following channels of gold, silver, platinum, and the like, until they reached the little inset gems. As the Moon Queen watched, her friend began to give off light, her long hair lifting up, and her gown flaring out. In a booming voice, like many voices layered over her own, she called out each name engraved on the tablet. As she called a name, a group of stars would flash in the sky. Around the Queens, glowing figures began to appear...
    “LUPIS!” A man in furs and glowing yellow eyes... “ANDROMEDA!” A beautiful woman with heavy chains around her fists... “TAURUS!” A massive woman with broad shoulders and a ring in her nose... “SERPENS!” A delicate man with a long robe, a sword, and slitted pupils... As they were called forth, any enemies that tried to come close to the Queens were deflected by carried attacks from the numerous Constellation Senshi.
    The Moon Queen realized that the key to their salvation had been summoned, and began to order the new soldiers into action against the aliens destroying her world. The Senshi were each very powerful and it didn't take long for the Moon to be rid of enemy, who perished or fled as they were beat back by the Constellation Senshi. Finally, the Moon Queen was able to turn back to her friend, only to find her transformed. Her eyes were bight like stars, her gown and hair also spangled, and the tablets hand been replaced by a large staff with threads bearing gemstone beads.
    “Gaia? Gaia... are you alright?”, asked the young Queen Serenity. She reached out to touch her friend and ally's face, and found it to be cool to the touch. “Gaia! Please speak and tell me you are well!”
    The Earth Queen Gaia turned her stellar gaze on her dearest friend and answered, “Serenity my dearest, it seems that I am now the Lady, the keeper of the Constellations. I will lead the Constellation Senshi back to the Earth and free my people, and then to all the lands withing our Federation.” She closed her eyes, and a tear ran down her cheek. “I cannot, however, return to Earth as its Queen, I can feel that in my heart. I am not that person anymore.”
    Serenity protested, but the Lady stopped her. “Serenity, I will need you to protect Earth for me, until it can stand on its own. Can you do this for me?” Her friend nodded. “Thank you my darling.” She kissed Serenity on the cheek, and in a flash, all of the warriors were gone.

    The woman once known as Gaia, Queen of the Earth, did exactly as she promised. She visited each world in turn, helping them fight for their planet or break the bonds of servitude, whichever was the case on each. As they progressed, the Queen Serenity, first in a line of powerful Moon Queens of that name, helped them recover. In the end, the Silver Millennium was founded, and each Planet swore allegiance to its Queen Serenity.    
    The Lady of the Stars created a small cloaked world where she and the Constellation Senshi were able to watch over Earth from a distance. Eventually, the warriors settled on Earth, and raised families. The Moon Kingdom protected and nurtured the Earth that had been nearly destroyed. The Constellation Senshi eventually grew old and died, as all mortal creatures do, and the Lady of the Stars went into a deep sleep in her palace, ready in case she was ever needed again.


Current Times


Throughout the many generations, the descendants of those original warriors have spread out across the world and have loved many kinds of lives. The Lady has begun visiting each in their dreams, but when they wake up, most can only remember vague images. The time is coming again for the Constellation Senshi to return, as a new threat is on the horizon...



Since I was asked, the Lady is 5'10. She moves gracefully, and a little slowly as she has been awake for a short amount of time. Her voice is fairly low, and sensual. Her touch is warm, and gentle, but strong.
