- there is a very thin, soft layer of fuzz over the tops of her hands and feet, rest of skin is very smooth and cool to the touch

Personality:
cute. crazy. evil. speedy. stealthy. likes to climb on shit and hang from things. bites. basically a monkey-cat-snake.
SW acts very cute to help hide the darkness inside her. She's also like a cat, cute but deadly.
She likes to lick things, mostly to claim them as her own, but also for tasting. Favorite things to do involve sneaking up on people and licking their cheeks cuz she's a creepy fucker. Threatens to eat people's faces (is it a joke?). Enjoying eating cute things, becomes fond of sugar animals.
She can be a nuisance and likes to curl up with others and sleep on their laps/draped over them.
Wears kigurumi + under suit. Bare feet.
Ravenously hungry. Eats all the things, beware.
Does not like eating cold / frozen things. Ick.
Reason for Joining:
Sweet Wish wants to hurt things, and joining Cepheus allows her to do that within reason. Also there is the bonus of 'working on a team' so she doesn't have to be by herself and is with those of 'like minds' (what she believes).
Abilities:
Minion Command: Like the Lieutenants, Sweet Wish has command over her minions and can control them from afar.
Sweet Slash: (offense) Brings her right hand up and a large glowing cat paw materializes, overlaying her hand. Claws sprout from her fingers and the glowing paw and glint before she swipes down, unleashing a powerful and quick attack on her enemy.
Wish You Were Dead: (defense) Powers up and her twins flow around her forming a deadly shield of hair that is razor sharp filaments so she can escape.

Sweet Wish would like to command over cute types (but not cuter then her mind you). Pretty much if you are deceptive in looks, you're a-okay over here. Speed and range is a preferable trait, as well as stealth for her minions for all the surprise attacks and avoiding hits. Those that get a rush from fighting and enjoy the fight and even those that want to hurt others are more then welcome under her command.
