Cloak and Dagger

I've been asked a few times for refs of Cloak and Dagger. They're nothing fancy, but they needed to be done. Be kind about their anatomy XD

What runs the Cloaked World?
There are two Artificial Intelligences (AIs) that are the brains of the Cloaked world. They are magic-based technology, and are a part of the Lady of the Star's power. They generally go unnoticed by the Senshi unless addressed, and do not register as psychic presences so cannot be detected by a seer or other psychic abilities. They are completely integrated into the world, and can communicate through the Brooches each Senshi wears. They are completely loyal to the Lady, and will prioritize her safety and orders above all else, as they see her as her creator, mother, and commander.

Cloak:
Cloak is the AI dominant in peace time. She maintains a shield barrier, communications, Med Bay, and life support functions for the CW. Through her magic, the food stores, plant life, water, everything that makes the CW comfortable and habitable is managed. She maintains communication via all modern systems including wireless internet. Her Primary Objective is to maintain life support for the Lady and Senshi.
-Does not possess a physical form, appearing only as a voice and/or a blue hologram.
-Primary terminal is in the Medical Bay, but can be addressed anywhere on the CW by name, or through the Senshi's Brooch.
-Has an odd sense of humor that gets more pronounced over time. By the time the Current Generation of Senshi arrive, she has begun doing and saying things to amuse herself. Mostly this is takes the form of suspiciously snide/catty, but still accurate comments if anyone has been disrespectful towards her. Be advised, destruction of the Starlit Palace (other than designated training areas), leaving messes in the dining/kitchen area/other such behaviors may incur her ire (as does calling her an "it"). She will not outright injure a Senshi, but she's not above acts such as replacing/misplacing all their clothing, forgetting to give the right amount of numbing in the pods, or making the Senshi's food taste of dish soap. Conversely, Cloak's favor can also be won if you know how. One known example is donating books to her library.
-Her tone is slightly flanging, measured, and can range from formal to almost sarcastic. She will use subtle facial expressions when she wishes.

Dagger:
Dagger is the AI dominant in war time and when the Lady hibernates. Dagger, while assisting with running everyday functions as well, is primary designed to be the defense system of the CW. He controls a secondary, heavier duty shielding system, underground weaponry, and incredibly secure programming protection. He can manifest into a body that has high level combat abilities. Daggee will sometimes give orders from the Lady, which are safe to assume are her wishes. His primary objective is to protect the Lady and CW.
-While Dagger almost always manifests as a voice and/or a blue hologram, he possesses a physical form. This form is an extremely resilient, armored, fast, and lethal. It automatically appears if the Lady is in direct danger or is in any way incapacitated or by order of the Lady. Because he possesses a physical form, he is able to leave the Cloaked World for limited distances, but prefers to stay near the Lady.
-Primary terminal is in the War Room, but can be addressed anywhere on the CW by name, or through the Senshi's Brooch.
-Dagger has the strange tendency to identify the Current Generation Senshi as if they were the Generation 1 Senshi. He is aware of the differences in abilities, especially if those abilities have been displayed in combat or training, but will usually misname them or call them by old titles.
-Speaks in a fairly deep, flanging, emotionless but polite voice. Displays virtually no facial expression.
